If you are unhappy with your order, you are responsible for returning it on a tracked service and contacting us in advance to let us know within seven days of receiving your purchase. Once your order has been returned, we will contact you to provide an exchange or refund (minus the original shipping fee).
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we ask that you retain any items and packaging and contact us immediately. We can then arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange. If this is the case, we ask that you contact us within two weeks of the delivery date - after this time, we will not be able to take liability for damage.
